GES Realty INC. is a small, family owned and operated, realty business located in Miami, Florida. With more than 40 years of experience in the industry, our founder and real estate expert, Gardenia Saumell, is still living her "American Dream" to this day. Opening GES Realty in 1985, Gardenia had, and still has today, a passion for assisting others in purchasing their own homes. She views home and property ownership as a major milestone in the American way of life and is driven to help others achieve that monumental step in their lives.
Gardenia was born and raised in Camaguey, Cuba and came to America in 1961 after communism took over her beloved country. Grateful for the freedoms of this wonderful USA, Gardenia began to pursue her "American Dream" by becoming a bookkeeper, an accountant, a property manager, a realtor and finally by becoming a Broker and opening her own Real Estate Business in 1985. Since its opening, GES Realty has served the people of South Florida and through out the United States with all of their real estate and property management needs.
Gardenia prides herself on her love for her family, her love for America, and her love for real estate. She combines all these and more to provide the utmost service to her clients.
